• Cottage cheese

Milk proteins are washed 3 times after separation from the whey. This means that the cottage cheese does not contain lactose. Cottage cheese contains high-quality protein. Contains all essential amino acids. It also contains tryptophan, a precursor of serotonin and dopamine (happiness hormones), as well as vitamin B12, vitamin B2, vitamins B1, B6, PP, A, D and E.

• Buckwheat groats

This is not a grain. Buckwheat flavonoids have antibacterial properties. They enhance the antibacterial effect of cottage cheese and improve dental health. They also fight inflammation throughout the body, but especially in the intestinal mucosa. This is also facilitated by the absence of gluten and lectins. Buckwheat normalizes the metabolism of cholesterol, fats and sugars, makes veins more elastic. It contains vitamins A, D and E, as well as minerals magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium and trace elements copper and manganese.
